Delighting our Cadent Customers

Martin, our Gas Division Customer Lead & Vinnie, our Client Contract Manager spent the day with Fiona (London Morrisons CMO Operations Manager), as they did a collaborative whistle-stop tour of some of our leading gangs in the London area, working on behalf of Cadent Gas. The reason for this CMO visit was to say a massive “Thank you”, from Cadent to our teams for their Customer Satisfaction scores across 2021. 
Fiona presented each member of the gang with awards and recognition to say, “Thank you”, for their hard work and fantastic customer focussed approach. The gangs were more than surprised with the awards, although most joked that they would be handing them over to their wives and girlfriends ahead of Valentine’s Day. 
It was great to show recognition to the gangs for the great work they do when interacting with our customers, work that sometimes goes unnoticed. SQS can also take pride in the fact that we had four out of the top five gangs that Cadent have on their books in the London area.
