Delighting Our Customers

We are delighted to announce that our Grab Driver Joe Farrell has been recognised by tRIIO with their ‘Delighting Our Customers Award’ following on from a number of customer sensitive issues on the same street following major gas works.

One of the comments from the customers went onto mention:

I would like to put in writing that my husband and I have been most impressed with the very helpful, friendly and courteous attitude of the workforce. It has been a disruption but a very necessary one and you and the team have made it as painless as possible.

Customer advised she would offer an 11/10 for teams conduct and performance, a couple of customers commenting also on how hard the team worked being on site from early in the morning and working solidly right through the day.

SQS have been working with tRIIO for over 5 years during which we have built an enviable reputation for excellence in customer service and first time reinstatement solutions. This Latest award only goes to show that we are not only improving our working relationship with tRIIO but always improving our service to match our customers needs.
