SQS were recently recognised in the tRIIO ‘Right Stuff’ Magazine for our one team approach and excellent performance on the contract.

The Article featured Customer Care and Operations working together to deliver high quality reinstatement’s on time, resulting in the ultimate customer service.

The Reinstatement team in London has seen some massive improvements within the past few months they should be extremely proud of. The Score cards have continued to improve since April, with September scoring 7.06. There has been a huge drop in defects being reported. Since August the number has been reduced by almost 50% from 600 to 335 in just 3 months.

Reinstatement has also embedded new Contracts within the past two months which is all such a positive turnaround when you consider where we were at last year.

We have received some fantastic commendations for our SQS reinstatement team working on the tRIIO contract. One customer quoted “the team was brilliant, worked so hard. they could not have done anymore to improve; they were excellent”.

The team is currently up for an award at tRIIO for ‘Delighting our Customers’.
