Hanover Square Development

With a new tube station opening in Mayfair in 2018 and high demand for homes, offices and shops, this prime location in the heart of the West End underwent a complete makeover. To redevelop 7-10 Hanover Square, Mace brought together expert teams to replace the existing 1970s office building with a high-quality commercial, residential and retail development.

A Focus on Quality

Rather than emulating existing period styles, the revitalised eight-storey building will enhance its surroundings and bring new depth and diversity to the square, which is desperately in need of premium office space. SQS were awarded the contract to provide hard landscaping works, expertly finished to the highest standards.

Right first-time completion

SQS completed the installation of 240m2 of Impala Granite and 133m2 of Yorkstone paving to the external communal areas. The high-quality materials and workmanship used by SQS have provided a significant enhancement to the visual impact of the development, tipped to be one of the most sought-after locations for commercial and financial tenants.
