Welcome Class of 2020-2021

Our Apprenticeship Scheme is now entering its fifth consecutive year. Our scheme involves our newly enrolled apprentices simultaneously working with and learning from various teams across the business to aid in the delivery of some of the most critical infrastructure projects in the UK.

The Apprentice Scheme has achieved a 100% pass rate in its previous years and has proven key in discovering young talent to help deliver our contracts as we continue to grow within the industry. We have spent time engaging with our local communities to advertise and promote our scheme to give widened opportunity to the young when having to make their career choices. Successful completion of the scheme means our Apprentices walk away with knowledge, key skills and a level 2 diploma in Highways Maintenances, as well as a good appreciation of Highways Maintenance Practice.

Following another successful open day on the 16th September 2020, SQS are proud to announce and introduce our latest class of apprentices. The Open Day heard talks and guidance from different leaders and managers across the business to give our apprentices insight into our culture and values at SQS and what standards and expectations we hold as a customer to our valued partners. Our qualified Apprentices from last years scheme also shared experiences and tips of how to get the best start and take the most from the scheme as a new Apprentice.

SQS would be nothing without our people. By providing our people with the skills, support and guidance they need to be the best they can be we will achieve our vision of being the UK Industry Leader in Complete Reinstatement Solutions.

SQS welcomes the class of 2020-2021.
